All products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Damages or Defective Items

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement at no additional cost.
