We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are not issued for change of mind once production has begun.
